Welcome
Sometimes life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or just plain sucks. If you found your way here, you may be searching for support-and that's a meaningful first step.
Therapy is a space where your thoughts, emotions, and experiences are met with care, curiosity, and respect. Whether your navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, you don't have to do it alone.
You might not know exactly what you're looking for yet-that okay. What matters is that you're here, and that means you're already moving towards healing and growth.
This is a place where you can slow down, be heard and begin to make sense of things in a new way.
I'm glad you are here.
Meet Anna
As a relational therapist, I believe healing happens in the context of connection—both with others and with ourselves. I provide a compassionate, grounded space where we can explore your story together, with honesty, curiosity, and yes—even a little humor. My goal is to make therapy feel like a conversation you can breathe in.
I work with individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including grief, trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, codependency, and life transitions. These experiences don’t define you—but they can shape how you move through the world. I'm here to help you make sense of them in a way that honors your uniqueness.
In our work together, I draw from psychodynamic theory and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), integrating evidence-based practices with a flexible, person-centered approach. I’m also trained in other modalities, which allows me to adapt our work to your needs—not the other way around.
Above all, I aim to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, humor, and human relatability. You don’t have to go through this alone—and you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
